These are the  prices for turnkey machines ( all inclusive ) .
In  every machine are  standard accessories included  and the customer can work right now .
 
1) SMT pick and place machines

In the price of pick and place machines are 10 tape feeder included. 
The additional feeders, refer to the accessories list
 
 The differences between the pick and place machines are following:
 
P1  = precision automatic pick & place machine with optical alingment system  and  ( only ) manual strips feeder interface - speed up to 600 cph
P10= P1 + dispensing head - auger valve ( contactless )- speed up to 600cph
P20 = precision automatic pick & place machine with optical alingment system, manual  and  automatic feeder interface - speed up to 1100cph
P30= P20 + dispensing head -auger valve ( contactless ) - speed up to 600cph
P40= precision automatic pick & place machine with optical alingment system  and  automatic feeder interface - speed up to 2000cph
P50= precision automatic pick & place machine with optical alingment system  and  automatic feeder interface - speed up to 3000cph
 
 
2) Automatic dispensing  machines

The differences between the automatic dispensing machines  are following:
 
D10= precision automatic dispensing machine - dispensing head: pressure time - piston valve / for solder paste and SMT glue
       - other liquid media possible
D20= precision automatic dispensing machine - dispensing head: auger valve - archimedes screw / for solder paste and SMT glue
       -  dispensing valves for other liquid media possible
D30= precision automatic dispensing machine - dispensing head: jet valve  / for  glue or other low-viscosity liquid media
       -  dispensing valves for other liquid media possible
 
With the automatic dispensing machine  you can dispense:
 
D10 - dots
D20 -  dots,  lines and  contours ( lines and contours are  options )
D30 -  dots,  lines and  contours ( lines and contours are  options )
 
On this machines we can assemble different valves for other liquides.

 With the precision auger  valve ( D20 )  ist suitable to dispens:
- solder pastes
- SMT glues
- thermal greases
- silver epoxies
- particle-filled materials
- lubricants
 
Every our dispensing machines can be equipped with a second dispensing head, for example for dispensing of two different media.

3) Screen-  and stencil printer machines
 
The differences  between our  stencil printer machines are following:
 
- S1,   S10          - are manual stencil printer
- S20, S50.         - are squeegee guided machines
- S30, S60, S80 - are auto drive machines without vision
- S40, S70, S90 - are auto drive machines with vision system
 
Following machines have the same stencil size:
 
stencil size max. 395 x 280mm  = S1
stencil size          550 x 470mm  = S10 - S20 - S30 - S40
stencil size          584 x 584mm  = S50 - S50 - S70
stencil size           736 x 584mm  = S80 - S90
 
The printer machines you can use as stencil printer or as screen printer machines.

In our machines you can fixing the stencils with following method:
- rapid tensioning frame (4-folds ) - original Mechatronic
- other rapid tensioning frame - any size
- stencils in the fixed frame - any size
- any stencils - with additional brackets
 
4) Other  machines
 
We develop, produce and deliver customer-specific pick & place -, dispensig- and screen and stencil printing machine,  based on our standard machines.
 
For example:
- p & p machine for Swarovski crystals
- p & p machine for synthetic diamonds for grinding wheels
- stencil printer for pcb longer than 800mm   
- automatic dispensing machines with two dispensing valves
